The scope is agreed for your property. Share the rooms, condition and any landlord or agent checklist. Tell the team if you need carpets, an oven or other detailed tasks included. Deposit decisions remain with your landlord or agent.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
Discuss supplies and equipment with the team when arranging your quote. Please mention product preferences, sensitivities or any surfaces needing special care so these can be considered before the visit.
Can you clean carpets and ovens too?
Carpet, upholstery, oven and internal window cleaning can be requested. Mention the items or areas you need cleaned; availability, suitability and any additional cost will be agreed in your quote.
